Dubai Police Signs MoU with Ibrahim Al Qassim Advocates & Legal Consultants to Support Humanitarian Cases
The Dubai Police General Command has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU)
with Ibrahim Al Qassim Advocates & Legal Consultants, under which the firm will provide
comprehensive legal support and advisory services in cases referred by the Human Rights
Department.
The MoU was signed by Major General Dr. Abdul Quddus Al Obaidli, Assistant Commander-in-
Chief for Excellence and Leadership at Dubai Police, and lawyer Ibrahim Al Qassim, Founder of
Ibrahim Al Qassim Advocates & Legal Consultants.
Major General Al Obaidli emphasized that this agreement is part of a broader series of strategic
partnerships established by Dubai Police to enhance community service, promote justice, and
support vulnerable groups, while also contributing to employee satisfaction and institutional
excellence.
This collaboration underscores the shared commitment of both parties to upholding human rights,
social responsibility, and access to justice within the Emirate of Dubai.
